Four people have died and one is critically injured after a cable car crashed into a forest near Naples, Italy. The cabin was travelling from Castellammare di Stabia to Monte Faito when a cable reportedly snapped, sending it plunging 28 metres near the summit. The victims include two British tourists, an Israeli woman, and 59-year-old operator Carmine Parlato. The sole survivor—believed to be the Israeli woman’s partner—was airlifted to hospital with multiple fractures. Authorities have launched an investigation.
