It is my great pleasure to introduce you to Abby Walker, who is in her final year for her MFA at Manchester Writing School, and among the twelve authors published in Northern Crime Anthology MOTIVES UNKNOWN 🔎 Abby was the recipient of the 2024 Finchale Award for Short Fiction at the Northern Writers Awards, as well as a Faber Academy scholarship, and was among the writers selected for the 2024/25 cohort of London Library Emerging Writers programme. She is based in County Durham and is currently working on a gothic horror haunted house novel set in the 1920s, based in the North East.
