Run my last long run with me! I only did an 8-week London Marathon training plan, it’s still possible to prepare in a short timeframe. Pairing my Runna plan with COROS meant I could maximise my limited training time. It’s so easy to follow the pace alerts on my COROS watch so I know I am sticking to the plan. I get vibration alerts when I am going too fast or too slow, alerts to start a rep and it even counts down towards each recovery. And if you wear headphones these can be audio cues too!
