Six dogs were found abandoned in cages behind a shopping center in Cheltenham Township on Tuesday morning. Police say five puppies were stuffed into one cage and their father into another. The dogs were brought to the montgomerycountyspca in Conshohocken. If you have any information as to who may have owned or abandoned these dogs, you are asked to call police.
