Meet Sydney Gaskin. As we continue to celebrate #nationalpublicsafetytelecommunicatorsweek, we wanted to highlight the most recent recipient of the Megan V. Lange memorial dispatcher of the year award. Sydney has been a dedicated member of the Phoenix Fire Department for the last 4 years. With a heart for service and helping others Sydney has found her passion and shares her enthusiasm and experience with newly hired dispatchers as a mentor and trainer. We are grateful for Sydney and all of our dispatchers for their commitment to answering the call, today and everyday.
