Yes, we will work on building adaptable and skilled players through evidence-based basketball activities. However, our overarching goal is to help players become problem-solvers on and off the court. In addition to skill development, the camp includes dedicated mental skills sessions designed to help players: 1. Set and refine their personal goals. 2. Develop self-empowerment strategies for continued skill growth. 3. Build a stronger mindset both on and off the court. I will be leading our on court skill work with the same principles I use with everyone I work with - from youth to NBA.
