So before I started Sister Outsider, I read Act Your Age, Eve Brown by Talia Hibbert. I have to say this interracial romance was a very cute read. The story follows the 20-something free spirited rich girl Eve and her journey to “act her age”. I’m not rich or a free spirit but I found myself aligned with Eve, especially with her music taste. I found this to be a good light hearted read. I don’t wanna give too many spoilers but of course there’s a happy ending and several sex scenes. (Don’t say I didn’t warn you if you decide to listen to the audiobook lmao). Overall a good read. I actually want to check out the other stories about Eve’s sisters. I enjoyed Talia’s writing style. It was simple yet descriptive enough to feel realistic. This is book 9 (????) of 25 for #tfbwlreadingchallenge . I can’t remember which category I chose but it was something I’m sure lol
