Kicking off the three-day “We Play Together: Music & Gaming” event, Wake Forest students performed music from Starfield and Fallout in an open dress rehearsal with composer Inon Zur. Winston-Salem/Forsyth County high school students were in the audience, getting a closer look at how video game scores come to life, shaped by emotion, precision and player choice. The event continued with a masterclass led by Zur and a panel discussion featuring astronaut Dan Tani, Bethesda’s Pete Hines, and Symphony Orchestra Director J. Aaron Hardwick. It wrapped up Saturday with an Esports LAN tournament. #WakeTheArts
