Tuesday night’s showdown between the Riverwood Raiders and Sprayberry Jackets was one to remember for the Seniors. Senior Maxwell Bodenheimer started the game on the mound for the Raiders, sitting the Jackets batters down in order in the top of the 1st inning. The Raider Offense took the early energy from Bodenheimer, and came right back in the bottom of the 1st inning with two runs following a Robert Hicks sacrifice fly scoring Marco Nunez, and a passed ball that scored Senior Cole Williams. Bodenheimer continued his strong performance through the 2nd inning before handing the game over to Senior Andrew Chronopoulos in the 3rd inning with one out. The Raiders stayed hot at the plate with Senior Brady Shannon leading off the bottom of the 3rd with a triple to centerfield.
