Deputies responded to a call for service regarding a male causing a disturbance in Newhall. During a search of the male, deputies recovered a knife with an 8 inch fixed blade in his jacket. The male was immediately arrested for possession of a dirk/dagger. He was booked into the SCV Sheriff’s Station and remains in custody at this time.
