I could not resist posting this SNEAK PEEK at what I’ve been up to this week in San Luis Obispo, California with shareslo, kindtraveler, & more… The first photo is of Feben at vegan and GF restaurant: ebony_slo. I was so into her personal style and the way she is an ambassador not just for her restaurant but for a healthy lifestyle that still feels good and tastes incredible. I cannot more highly recommend it, should you find yourself in this town on the Central Coast. Ebony is a restaurant for Ethiopian food and a small marketplace for jewelry, cookbooks, clothes, home goods, and more. Whether or not you meet Feben or the other women of Ebony, there’s no doubt you’ll be blessed by the whole experience. This was my first ever time eating Ethiopian food, and it WILL NOT be my last.
