Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup 2% greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 Oreo, crushed
Chocolate shell:
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp refined coconut oil
Instructions:
Blend cottage cheese, greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add and blend crushed Oreo. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil, pour on top, and freeze for 20-30 minutes!
