Mary is an Irish woman who has been living in NY for over 30 years and has been making homemade scones for New Yorkers over the last few years. She was featured on humansofny a few years ago She uses Irish ingredients, flour, butter etc. Mary is a mother of 6, she also runs her pub up the road and she makes all the scones herself using her mother’s recipe.
