At the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event, safety and performance go hand in hoof...and that starts from the ground up. In partnership with Chief Course Builder Mick Costello, renowned footing expert Mike Boekholder has implemented industry-leading testing protocols across the CCI4*-S and CCI5*-L courses. Footing is tested every 125 meters, and right now, both courses are averaging a “Good” rating across the board.
