“The earth is the LORD’s and the fullness thereof, the works and those who dwell therein, for he has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers.” -Psalm 24:1-2 This world is the LORD’s, He is in control, He has established it. Have faith! Even in the darkest storm, the harshest threat, God is Lord of all. He commands the wind and sea, He has set mountains upon their height, He has made water cascade down from the sky and the mountains to nourish the earth. We too, are all God’s creation. And God loves His creation and has not abandoned us. Look how he has dressed the flowers, fed the birds, even more will He do for His children. Seek your Father, let Him, the God of the universe, have control. Happy Earth Day! How beautiful is God’s creation! What a blessing it is that we can experience it.
