New month, new day, and a new #ArmyJROTC #CadetOfTheWeek 🎉 Meet Estefani Ramirez-Rondon, a junior at Huguenot High School in Richmond, Virginia. Originally from Venezuela, Ramirez-Rondon discovered #JROTC by chance when changing her course schedule this summer, she was curious about what the Falcon Battalion offered. She’s wasted no time getting involved, becoming a member of the #JLAB and drill teams. She credits JROTC with challenging her and building discipline while learning about military values and teamwork 💪 Outside JROTC, Ramirez-Rondon is a member of the Student Advisory Council, the Latino Union, and she constantly volunteers for various community events. She was also nominated to be a member of the Multilingual Student Ambassador Program. She names her parents as her biggest motivators, highlighting their support and values as her inspiration to lead by example and always strive for excellence.
