Meet John Apazidis, a food service worker at Stuart. With his wife working at Boston College and coming from a cooking background, John saw a career with BC Dining as the perfect fit and joined the team in 2019! He enjoys interacting with the law students and freshmen at Stuart, especially since he gets to be a part of their first college experiences: “Being at the freshmen’s go-to [dining hall] is something special.” When asked about who has had a big impact on his life, John talked about his parents and growing up in a Greek family. He shares the lessons they taught him with his wife and daughter, along with a passion for Greek folk music and dancing! They’ve performed together with friends across the U.S. and Canada, continuing a passion John has had for about 40 years.
