Coming into UF as a third-generation Gator, I already felt a strong connection to this university, but building my own community here has made that connection even more meaningful. Through my involvement in various organizations and leadership programs, I’ve surrounded myself with people who inspire me to grow, challenge myself, and step outside of my comfort zone. The friendships I’ve made have played a huge role in shaping who I am today, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support system I’ve found. As a student, this community has helped boost my self-confidence, expand my perspective, and push me to be the best version of myself.
