HS Distance Program offers up to 4 days of running and 2 strength days per week to keep you locked in on your fall cross country goals.
PEAK SPEED with Coach
@matthewxbacchus will have 2 summer lifts and 2 summer track days. Lift Monday/Thursday - Tuesday/Friday on Track
Juniors group has up to 3 days of running for our Elementary and Middle School Athletes.
We can’t wait for a post-run dip in the river - it will be here soon!
