MAPLE BANANA PROTEIN CHIA SEED PUDDING🍌🍁💪🏼 I love a sweet breakfast!!! And this banana maple protein chia seed pudding is delicious, filling, and will help you hit your daily protein goals. You can prepare in advance and meal prep your breakfast / snack for the week!! 🍌Ingredients: -2 bananas -2 cups milk (of your choice) -2-3 scoops of vanilla or banana protein powder -1-2 scoops vanilla collagen -3 tbsp maple syrup -1 tsp cinnamon powder -1 tsp vanilla extract -1/2 cup chia seeds -whipped cream Place all ingredients in a blender starting with bananas and milk, followed by powders to avoid clumps. Blend at high speed for 1 minute. Pour about 1/2 cup of liquid per container and add 3 tbsp of chia seeds in each. Mix and refrigerate covered for at least two hours.
