Put one on the board ✅ 10th place last night at the USATF Road Mile National Championships in 4:42 I’m healthy, training consistently and having FUN putting in the work lately. Last night was a great opportunity to rip off the band-aid and go to places that I just can’t get to in a workout. I needed that.
