From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 26, the grassy area sandwiched between Barnes and Noble and Panera will be filled with pet- and family-friendly vendors, live music, interactive dog training sessions and food and drinks provided by local restaurants. Activities for children available at the event include face painting, caricature artists and a bounce house. In addition, Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter will be there with its adoption vehicle MARV and dogs ready for their forever homes.
