We’re thrilled to welcome assistant XCTF coach Keegan Parrott! Keegan’s expertise is in strength and conditioning, sprints, and jumps, but he has competed in longer events in his post-collegiate career. He competed as an athlete at University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and coached at Loras College and University of Northern Iowa. Join us in welcoming Keegan and his greyhound, Amos!
