INTRODUCING the Gold Compass Program! The Gold Compass Program is a scholarship and mentorship program designed to help students connect with real-world mentors and develop leadership skills to prepare for potential career opportunities, including job or internship interviews. The program aims to empower college juniors and seniors to explore bold careers and uplift Asian Pacific communities. Program participants will receive: • one-time scholarship award • monthly virtual mentorship sessions with leaders in the Gold House network over the course of the fall semester • stipends to cover an optional in-person lunch with mentors  • access to select Gold House events or programs  • build a community with other Gold Compass students PLEASE NOTE: Need will be taken into consideration during the application process.
