The order will continue the work begun during Trump’s first term, which aims to strengthen private-sector partnerships, expand research and workforce training, and overcome obstacles to federal funding for HBCUs. ___________________________________ The order also established an annual HBCU summit and a Board of Advisors comprising business, education, and philanthropy leaders to guide the strategy.
