As these terms are unfamiliar with the players, Mike has a few techniques to aid their understanding… 1️⃣ States what the position is called (Fixo/Ala/Pivot) 2️⃣ Spells the position 3️⃣ Has the players repeat back the name of the position 4️⃣ Provides the meaning/origin of the word 🇧🇷 5️⃣ Adds the roles and responsibilities of that position. 🔑 Another nice technique is that he uses references from other sports 🏀 in the explanation of the pivot.
