One of the things I love about Mindful Eating is that more that a Diet is a BEHAVIORAL PLAN, you learn how to be present, enjoy every bite and balance how you eat and what you eat. But it’s important to learn to DETERMINE YOUR HUNGER LEVELS, don’t eat food just because is there and it looks good.
