SENIOR SPOTLIGHT‼️ Serban Vlaceanu, son of Marian Sorin Vlasceanu and Livia Vlasceanu, is a foreign exchange student from Romania who joined our team a couple months ago. Although he joined the baseball program for a brief five-month period, he made the most of his time, playing primarily in the outfield. In addition to his involvement in baseball, Serban achieved remarkable success in academics and extracurriculars, including earning first place at the 2023–2024 FTC Robotics Italy Championship—an accomplishment he takes great pride in. He plans to attend a four-year college to pursue a degree in Robotics or Mechatronics. Serban’s most cherished baseball memory is from the team’s trip to Florida, where he scored his first run—a highlight that made his experience unforgettable.
