Day 5 of my 7 day stay in Des Moines, IA. On Tuesday I competed in the USATF Road Mile National Championships and finished 10th in 4:41. Honestly? It got me kinda pissed. Good news is I can use that to fuel my 🔥 for my next race which is TOMORROW! I have to keep reminding myself that I’m SO grateful to be 100% healthy and building towards a full season of racing. This is just the beginning. I’m racing another mile, at the one and only Drake Relays tomorrow (Saturday). You can watch on CBS Sports, the women’s mile is at 3:30pm CT.
