Rescuers with the U.S. Coast Guard lifted a man to safety from a cruise ship Sunday after he reported extreme seasickness. The man, a crew member with the ship, reported that he was experiencing shortness of breath and “excessive vomiting,” according to the Coast Guard. They then hoisted him to the helicopter and flew him to Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay, where he was in stable condition.
