Our trip to Nikko, Tochigi at the start of the year! 🚗☃️ It was my first time visiting since my 6th-grade school trip — almost 25 years ago. We visited places I remembered from back then: Toshogu Shrine, Edo Wonderland, Kegon Falls, Irohazaka Winding Road, and Lake Chuzenji. Visiting as an adult made everything feel even more special and meaningful. Edo Wonderland (which had changed its name since my childhood) completely amazed Jon — he was so excited to experience the recreated Edo period town and culture! Kegon Falls in the middle of winter was absolutely breathtaking.
