Recovery!👏🏽 If you’re an athlete, a gym goer, a runner, whatever you identify as, if you work out this will help you with any injuries or if anything feels like it’s hurting. Foam rolling, lacrosse ball, other recovery tools are the best way to speed up your recovery to help you get on the field or back in the gym faster! I promise you grab the roller with the teeth it’s going to hurt but you’ll feel so much better after! Doing these has helped me so much during my ACL recovery and helping my body feel so much better!
