Omar al-Bayoumi claims he met two 9/11 hijackers in a chance encounter. He then helped them move into his apartment building and co-signed their lease. Bayoumi also introduced them to others who helped the eventual hijackers obtain government IDs and enroll in English classes and flight schools.
