Louth reached three Leinster finals in a row for the first time since 1914 when they held off Kildare to win by 1-18 to 0-18. Conall McKeever's goal on half time and Tommy Durnin's huge last minute two pointer was the scores that sealed it but Louth almost gave Kildare a way back in when they cleared their lines after the hooter - Craig Lennon thought he had ended the game but instead his kick over the endline gave Kildare a 45. Thankfully for Louth they managed to keep the Lilywhites at bay and send their rivals down to the #TailteannCup for another year. #gaelicfootball
