📢 Exciting leadership updates at Girl Scouts San Diego! We are pleased to announce key leadership changes within our board of directors as we continue advancing our 2024-2028 Strategic Plan and strengthening our impact in San Diego and Imperial counties. Emily Rex, Founder and CEO of Departure, has been appointed as our new Board Chair after previously serving as Vice Chair. Dawn Welch, retired Director of Digital Enablement Services at SDG&E, will now serve as Vice Chair. She previously held the role of Director-at-Large and continues to contribute as Chair of the Property and Gathering Spaces Committee. We are also welcoming three new board members whose expertise and leadership will further our mission.
