"Where’s SpongeBob?" Search-and-Find Games — This #Clio shortlist award-winning social carousel challenged fans to explore a meticulously curated, panoramic scene of #BikiniBottom, filled with thousands of SpongeBob SquarePants assets. Initially, the concept tasked audiences with finding #Fred, a fan-favorite character in the #SpongeBob universe. However, as the scale of the artwork grew, I proposed expanding the challenge to include a variety of characters and objects, evoking the spirit of the “Where’s Waldo?” books. The project didn’t stop at the carousel: standalone 1x1 units highlighted other dense and dynamic settings, such as the interior of the #KrustyKrab and a bustling Bikini Bottom parade. The result was a #gamified visual experience that delighted fans and sparked #engagement.
