Simply mix all the ingredients below, bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes and then let your cookies cool for 10 minutes before you dig in. Enjoy!
1 1/2 cups all purpose gluten-free flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup light brown sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
10 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs at room temperature, beaten
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
