The king of hotel room workouts - burpees.
You don't need much space or time. And it's a full body workout. Don't short change the jump or pushup portion.
Even sets of ten for ten minutes with short (30-60) breaks is a solid workout. Do it for 20 minutes and you'll be pouring sweat so crank up the AC.
Always a bonus (wait for the end of the video) if you can do it outdoors with your feet on grass or the earth (and dogs being lazy around you).
