24 of my 25 meals for our anniversary mini vacation were prepped. 96% adherence 👌🏼 I would not be going to this length if I wasn’t prepping for a show but I would still be sticking closely to the calories and not blowing my diet out of the water for the cut. Breakfast and lunches would be healthy and high protein. Dinner would be dining out but still high protein. No fried. No sweets. 👌🏼
