UPDATE: As of 7:40 a.m. one lane is open and there are no serious injuries. Multiple lanes of I-95 northbound are closed near Chester, Pennsylvania after a car carrier truck flipped over. Chopper 3 was over the scene just past the Commodore Barry Bridge where there is a massive traffic backup as crews worked to get the vehicles off the roadway and get the truck out of the way.
