Happy World Tuna Day! 💚⁣ ⁣ Here’s another fact about tuna: Tuna swim in schools because by forming large and mixed-species groups, they can protect each other from predators. They find strength in numbers.⁣ ⁣ Just like a group of Indonesian fishers who also find strength in standing together and fighting for justice against US tuna company Bumble Bee Foods. ⁣ ⁣ Earlier in March, they filed a lawsuit in the US court, alleging the company knew or should have known about the forced labor they experienced as they caught tuna that was sold by Bumble Bee in the US.⁣ ⁣ Greenpeace stands in solidarity with them for a more fair, just and sustainable fisheries, as well as for the future of our ocean. ⁣ ⁣ #ProtectOceansProtectWorkers #WorldTunaDay
