Well now. hemlockboise at innat500 was QUITE the experience. Opening to the public May 6th, downtownboise is in for a treat. We are going to be dreaming of this dinner for a while. From the “Tableside Baked Potato for two” (We ordered with caviar!!!) to the snakeriverfarms Wagyu Zabuton to the Chicken Fried Lobster Tail. This was all things unexpected and elevated. Did I mention it’s 100% seed oil free?! 🙌 The Capitol Martini with olive brine air mostly went down my top, but a must try if you’re a Martini lover. And I loved the Ponderosa Sour. And save room for the Chocolate Sponge Cake. And while this was just a soft opening before the May 6th public opening, the service is already on point - warm and polished.
