Let’s take a closer look at the “stable shapes” of acceleration and velocity.
There are a lot of things that crossover between acceleration and velocity in terms of shapes, but the biggest difference comes in the orientation of force.
A forward lean will project you forward to pick up speed (accelerate). Upright posture will also project you forward but keep your velocity relatively the same (max velocity).
