Temple Station deputies assigned to city_of_duarte attended the 49th Annual “Bone Marrow Transplant Reunion” at cityofhope hospital in the city of Duarte. Over 2000 guests attended the event which showcased grateful patients reuniting with their donors, live music performances and food. Former great Los Angeles Dodgers baseball player, Adrián Beltré was in attendance. His father was treated at City of Hope hospital and he has been cancer free for two years. Also in attendance was retired LASD Temple Station Sgt. Sprauge and his lovely wife, who has been cancer free for over 7 years!
