I’m not the 22-year-old fresh-out-of-college grad, okay?
I’m the 32-year-old, married, FOUR-kid-having, “hold on, I was just wiping noses five minutes ago” mom who just walked across that stage.
This is a testimony.
My journey started in 2011, I was a film major and volleyball player who also found out that I was pregnant with my Karrah girl. I dropped out, got married, had 3 more precious little ones and did all the things, but when we moved back to NC in 2021, I went back to school to complete my film degree where I started, right at saufalcons!
There were days I wanted to quit, especially when I was working full-time and I would look at the sky like, “Lord… how?” (And no I do not recommend putting all that on your plate at once, more on that later 🤣)
But Galatians 6:9 and all my friends kept pulling me through:
“Don’t grow weary. You will reap.”
So to every mama, late bloomer,
dreamer, or anyone who feels behind:
Don’t hold too tightly.
Don’t strangle the seed.
Stop worrying ...
