A saying I strongly believe in is “just because someone has a house doesn’t mean they have a home” with rise of mental health and the spot light that has been projected recently I want to show those “behind the scenes” videos you see are not always true. In a society where so much gets posted online and we only show our highest of highs and it’s easy to only the green grass on the other side. We typically don’t see those lows unfortunately until usually it’s too late. Take the time, reach out to that friend, that family member, that random person online. By you just reaching out you’ll not only show them that you care. You’ll also show them that they’re not trapped in that house. You’ll show them that they’re not alone. #mentalhealthawareness
