The AC Barbeque food truck is officially open for business on Howard University’s campus 🍽️ Founded by Howard alum Anthony Anderson and Cedric the Entertainer, the lifestyle barbecue brand uses food to bring people together around family, tradition, and Black excellence. AC Barbeque features specially crafted seasonings, rubs, and sauces, has partnered with Sodexo to launch campus kitchens at several colleges, and is opening its first official restaurant Beverly Hills this week. “We just always believed that barbecue was a part of our culture, going all the way back in history. We noticed that there wasn’t a national brand out there that represented Black people in this space,” Cedric the Entertainer said.
