SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED in the past week! 🇷🇼🇧🇷 I cannot begin to summarize what it was like to organize, plan, volunteer, work, attend, speak, and moderate at the 2023 Women Deliver Conference in Kigali, Rwanda. ❤️ As a @women_deliver Young Leader, I not only had the opportunity to attend the largest conference on gender equity in the world but also joined the Youth Planning Committee (there were 28 of us) to plan the Youth Pre-Conference and the Youth Zone. Yes, I got to work for a year with my team and then dress up as the Connection Fairy. Huge shout out to @smshaikat, @weema_askri , and @ihebjemel for working closely with me in sessions 2 and 6. But perhaps the highlight of the conference was meeting my fellow @globalfundwomen Adolescent Girls Advisory Council members, @marlapaty, @thelizlum , and @aweqawemda , with whom we have worked for three years together.
