Happy Cinco de Mayo! 🎉 Just in time amano_caldwell has officially opened their brand-new location in downtown Caldwell — and it’s every bit as stunning as we hoped. Housed in a 100-year-old building across from indiancreekplaza, this space is moody, industrial, and still full of the warmth and spirit we’ve always loved. Recently named one of the 50 Best Restaurants in the U.S. by The New York Times, Amano continues to shine under the leadership of James Beard–nominated chef Salvador Alamilla and co-owner Becca Alamilla.
