Since it is the longest day of the year, we have the most hours of sunlight to really sit back, relax, and embrace it all. In Finland, this might mean a nice hot sauna followed by a hearty post-sauna snack. This year, I want to encourage everyone to take a moment and enjoy the longest day of the year. Cook up your favorite sausages either on the grill out over an open fire. Then serve them with this homemade Finnish-style sweet mustard.
